儿茶酚–(胺)表面化学介导的一氧化氮催化释放涂层研究

目的 在316L不锈钢(SS)表面构建原位一氧化氮(NO)催化释放涂层,使其能特异选择性地抗凝血、抑制平滑肌细胞(SMCs)增生,从而促进内皮细胞(ECs)生长。方法 在弱碱性水溶液中,选用多巴胺(DA)和己二胺(HD)为前驱体,利用多巴胺邻二苯酚结构自聚合沉膜的能力、多巴胺与己二胺的酚–(胺)表面化学,通过简单的一锅法在316L SS表面构建富氨基粘附涂层DA/HD。再通过碳二亚胺化学交联反应,共价接枝螯合Cu²⁺的1,4,7,10–四氮杂环十二烷–1,4,7,10–四羧酸(DOTA),最后获得均匀且稳定的NO催化释放涂层(命名为Cu-DOTA@DA/HD)。结果 DA/HD涂层表面的氨基密度高达22 nmol/cm²,实现了Cu-DOTA的有效固定,其NO催化释放速率可达5.2×10^–10 mol/(cm²·min)。Cu-DOTA@DA/HD涂层显著地抑制了血小板的粘附和激活,也能有效抑制血栓的形成,其表面血栓总质量由316L SS的(40.3±10.3) mg降低至(3.0±0.4) mg。...     

Experimentelle und numerische Untersuchungen von Brandszenarien vor Fassaden unter Berücksichtigung verschiedener Abstände

Experimental and numerical investigations of fire scenarios in front of façades considering various distances Constructional boundary conditions, e. g. walls or façades, close to ignition sources affect the fire formation and the plume. It is already known, that boundaries (e. g. walls) constrain the entrainment of air and oxygen into the plume and the combustion of gas or flammable products is completed at larger heights. How far the location of the fire sources, the building geometry and the heat release rate affect the characteristics of a flame is investigated at the Institut für Baustoffe, Massivbau und Brandschutz (iBMB) of TU Braunschweig in line with a series of experiments with a square gas burner. For the implementation of the fire tests the test rig in Braunschweig is provided with extensive measurement techniques to determine heat flux, wall‐bounded temperatures, temperatures for plume measurements and upward velocity. In this paper the data of the fire tests are discussed and compared with the results of a CFD‐Model and selected empirical calculation approaches.     

Room Sharing in Sydney: A Complex Mix of Affordability,Overcrowding and Profit Maximisation

The shared housing sector is a growing private rental submarket. Researchers have sought to analyse the drivers of this growth, the benefits of shared housing for tenants, landlords and wider urban systems, as well as risks for tenants and local planning systems. Yet, there is limited research exploring the diversity of the shared housing sector. In particular, analysis of room or space sharing with non-related adults is lacking. This paper explores the characteristics, geography and impact of room sharing across Sydney. By analysing online accommodation listings this paper provides insights for policymakers seeking to monitor and regulate shared room accommodation.     

The EC Directive on Drinking Water (EEC 80/778)

The background to and technical deficiencies of the EC Drinking Water Directive are discussed. Although the inadequacies of the Directive are becoming increasingly recognized, there is no doubt that it has had a major impact on the UK water industry, much of which will be beneficial in the long term. However, it has provided a significant challenge to water suppliers on technical and environmental issues, as well as in new areas such as publicity and customer awareness. The water industry should be seen to be responding to the situation vigorously and positively to meet the spirit of the Directive, whilst seeking technical refinements which will make it a more practicable piece of legislation for the future.

近年来智慧政府建设蓬勃发展,其政务协同、数据共享的发展理念对政务系统整合提出了明确需求。本文以系统云迁移实践为基础,对政务系统特点和属性与系统云迁移策略之间的内在联系进行探究,创造性的提出了一套基于系统属性参量选择适用云迁移策略的推导规则,并将这套规则应用于实际的政务系统云迁移方案制定中。
